An experienced Marketing Manager with a track record in building and executing successful marketing campaigns, particularly in the decentralized finance (DeFi) and cryptocurrency sectors. Ideal candidates will be adept at social media and community management, fluent in English, and skilled in using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Jira, and Asana.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns.

• Proven ability to build a marketing team from scratch and develop effective processes.

• Expertise in social media and community management, including managing Discord communities and other platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit).

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Background in cryptocurrency and decentralized finance.

• Proficiency in HubSpot, Slack, Jira, and Asana.

• Experience with email marketing campaigns and content creation.

• Experience with Business Development

• Establish and nurture partnerships with KOLs and VCs.

• Optimize deal flow processes and ensure effective lead communication.
