Summary

As a Marketing Strategy and Data Analyst at Bitpanda, you will be supporting the Commercial Strategy and Operations team with the completion of day-to-day tasks. These include data analysis and preparation of different campaigns, reporting on performance metrics, and management of ongoing projects.

What you’ll do

  1. Bring together, explore and analyse large-scale datasets to find actionable marketing insights
  2. Provide a better understanding of customers, their user characteristics and how they use our products
  3. Segment and target customers effectively to maximise conversions and relevance of Bitpanda’s marketing campaigns while advancing strategic goals
  4. Collaborate across multiple teams and departments to help support a data-driven marketing team
  5. Create interactive reports and dashboards to solve specific needs and empower key stakeholders, extracting key insights and lessons from post-campaign performance data to shape upcoming product launches and marketing campaigns

Who you are

  1. 2+ years of experience in a data analytics or BI role
  2. A data enthusiast who can translate complex topics into simple and actionable insights
  3. Relevant experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights and/or business analysis 
  4. Excellent data querying and visualisation skills. 
  5. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Google Sheets is required; 
  6. familiarity with Snowflake and Metabase are strongly preferred. 
  7. Detail orientation, proactivity, strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
