Summary
Your Role:
- Design, launch, and optimize marketing automation journeys across email, push, and in-app.
- Own audience segmentation, define criteria and ensure messages reach the right audience.
- Own automations planning, setup, and optimization to deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with Product, BI, and CRM teams to ensure automations are properly set up, meet requirements, and are continuously improved.
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, identify gaps, and optimize flows to improve performance.
What We Look For:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on retention marketing.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, using data to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
