Summary

Your Role:

  1. Design, launch, and optimize marketing automation journeys across email, push, and in-app.
  2. Own audience segmentation, define criteria and ensure messages reach the right audience.
  3. Own automations planning, setup, and optimization to deliver measurable results.
  4. Collaborate with Product, BI, and CRM teams to ensure automations are properly set up, meet requirements, and are continuously improved.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign results, identify gaps, and optimize flows to improve performance.

What We Look For:

  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on retention marketing.
  2. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar).
  3. Strong analytical skills, using data to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  4. A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
