Summary

Role Summary:

The Livechat Personal role is to provide excellent customer service and support to users on Rake.com. The role is responsible for assisting users with their queries and concerns, as well as troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. This is a full-time, remote position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Rake.com
  • Provide accurate and reliable information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Proactively communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and concerns

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of casino games
  • Experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Experience in a live chat support role is a plus

Additional Requirements or Expectations Specific to the Position:

  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and computer
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Portfolio is not required
