Role Summary

The Moon Group Investment is a company involved in the crypto and blockchain industry. We are looking for a legal intern to support the Legal Team. You will work in various legal areas and jurisdictions, expanding your legal knowledge and practice. We are involved in various crypto projects worldwide and our aim is to become the biggest blockchain ecosystem.

The Moon Group Investment is based in Media City, Dubai, UAE. This paid internship will be a fulltime position on-site for 6 months. 

Duties/Responsibilities

You will be working on tasks that are assigned to you by primarily regarding basic contract law, Intellectual Property and Compliance. There will also be adequate supervision and training provided.

In addition to working with the Legal Team, you will have the exciting opportunity of proactively working with other teams in the company such as Finance, Media and Investments.

Required Skills

1) Demonstrated legal knowledge and skills in (a) Blockchain and crypto or (b) Reviewing and drafting contracts or (c) Corporate restructuring and legal administration or (d) Intellectual property or (e) compliance ;

2) Pursuing LLM or SQE ;

3) Excellent written and verbal skills in English; Arabic skills are advantageous ;

4) In-depth understanding and good grasp of blockchain and cryptocurrency ;

5) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ;

6) Confident in working with confidentiality ;

7) Organized and attention to detail ;

8) Strong written and oral communication skills ;

9) Ability to work independently and manage tasks independantly ;

10) Ability to work as part of a team ;

11) Strong analysis and critical thinking skills ;

12) Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint and Click Up is a plus ;

13) Reference Letter.
