Responsibilities:
- Provide daily IT remote and conference support for global clients, and solve daily problems of computer installation, configuration, upgrade and others
- Responsible for regular support like printers, video conferences, network troubleshooting, etc.
- Responsible for the management of employee account permissions
- Antivirus and Security Incident Response
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors ,Complete work reports
Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in computer and related, more than 2 year experience in desktop operation
- Familiar with MacOS and Windows system, able to finish installation and troubleshoot independently
- Able to work under heavy pressure, have good service conscious of custome, and on the principle of results and actions
- Strong communication skills, good at teamwork, Actively thinking and learning
