Job Description
Summary
The Moon Group Investment is a company involved in the crypto and blockchain industry. We are looking for a legal intern to support the Legal Team. You will work in various legal areas and jurisdictions, expanding your legal knowledge and practice. We are involved in various crypto projects worldwide and our aim is to become the biggest blockchain ecosystem.
The Moon Group Investment is based in Media City, Dubai, UAE. This internship will be a fulltime position on-site for 3-6 months.
Responsibilities
You will be working on tasks that are assigned to you by our Group Legal Counsel. There will also be adequate supervision and training provided.
In addition to working with the Legal Team, you will have the exciting oppurtunity of proactively working with other teams in the company such as Finance, Marketing and Investments.
Requirements
Demonstrated legal knowledge and skills in either:
- Blockchain and crypto, or
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, or
- Corporate structuring and legal adminstration, or
- Media and marketing law, or
- Data protection and compliance, or
- Intellectual Property.
Pursuing LLM or SQE.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English; Arabic skills are advantageous.
In-depth understanding and good grasp of blochchain and cryptocurrency.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Confident in working with confidentiality.
Organized and attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint and ClickUp is a plus.
