Summary
As Institutional Marketing Manager, you will lead all institutional-facing marketing efforts at Polygon Labs, crafting and executing impactful strategies that position the organization as the default network for the future of onchain money solutions. You will shape how Polygon Labs communicates with institutional finance and enterprise payments audiences — turning insight into action and adoption. Your Responsibilities
- Own institutional marketing across the Polygon Labs ecosystem, including campaigns, events, thought leadership, webinars, and performance marketing targeting enterprise and institutional audiences.
- Develop and deploy marketing assets including whitepapers, case studies, reports, long-form articles, personalized landing pages, microsites, and direct outreach campaigns.
- Drive and coordinate co-marketing initiatives with ecosystem collaborators to showcase real-world adoption of Polygon Labs technology by institutional and enterprise brands.
- Build actionable insights into institutional finance and enterprise payments trends to influence content, strategy, and product marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize paid acquisition efforts across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, search, institutional publications), adjusting based on performance data and funnel metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across growth, product, and communications teams, and serve as an internal evangelist for institutional adoption use cases and narratives.
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a strong focus on institutional or enterprise audiences.
- Demonstrated success in building multi-channel campaigns in the finance or payments industries.
- Deep familiarity with the Payments and Real-World Assets (RWA) ecosystem and its evolving needs.
- Experience developing high-quality content and demand-generation programs.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of executing cross-functional campaigns.
- Strong interest in web3; direct experience in crypto is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of direct experience working within the web3 industry.
- Experience leading institutional marketing for a blockchain or infrastructure protocol.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insight into differentiated messaging.
- Strong storytelling and editorial judgment, with a portfolio of content to showcase.
