Summary

LCX a leader in Fintech, operates a secure platform for trading and storing digital currencies. Our LCX Exchange offers a wide range of digital assets and is fully regulated. We achieved regulatory approval for nine blockchain-related services. Since our establishment in 2018, we've seen rapid growth, doubling our team size last year, and we continue on this upward trajectory. We have a global footprint, with headquarters in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, and offices in Switzerland and India. We continually strive to innovate within the blockchain financial sector.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, demonstrating proficiency in key HR domains.

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment, from candidate sourcing to exit interviews.

  • Ability to facilitate new hire onboarding and routinely update job descriptions.

  • Experience managing payroll and overseeing statutory obligations such as PF, ESIC, and taxes.

  • Proficiency in communicating and applying the organization's HR policies.

  • Skilled in administering contract labor and preparing relevant HR documentation in collaboration with management.

  • Experience in handling employee relations issues and enforcing fair application of policies and procedures.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive work culture.

  • Ability to plan and evaluate staff training programs for skills development and performance improvement.

  • Experience managing office budgets, coordinating logistics for travel and meetings, and delivering comprehensive reports to management.

  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced & challenging environment.
