Summary

  HR Administrator with Min 3 years of relevant HR experience to join our KrypC team. The HR Admin will work as an effective partner to the business in ensuring implementation and setting of people agenda for the business. The HR Admin provides inputs on all people issues as well as ensures their effective implementation in the business. HR Admin work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, talent management and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives including training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and implementation of rewards & recognition frameworks
  • Trusted advisor to managers on employee issues
  • Drive retention programs
  • Communicate policies and processes to employees
  • Responsible for performance management and improvement initiatives
  • Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
  • Responsible for career management & development plans and implementation
  • Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
  • Keep employee communication channels open using various employee connect mediums
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation
  • Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws
  • Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-levelling
Position Summary:
  • Candidates should have a work experience of 3 to 5 years in relevant HR domain
  • HR Admin experience is a mandate, experience in employee relations, adept at HR statutory compliance, performance management, talent management, HR projects, succession planning, etc.
  • Education: MBA or Master's Degree in HR from B schools
