Summary

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising to secure and manage investment across a portfolio of innovative ventures spanning technology, blockchain, and property. This role requires a closer — someone with proven experience in sourcing, pitching, and closing funding rounds at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Strategy: Design and execute fundraising campaigns across venture capital, OTC deals, institutional investors, and strategic partners.

• Investor Sourcing: Identify, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of investors globally (VC, PE, family offices, impact funds, and HNWIs).

• Pitching & Negotiation: Lead investor presentations, manage term sheet discussions, and close funding rounds.

• Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships, manage reporting, updates, and ensure investor confidence.

• Multi-Venture Support: Work across multiple businesses simultaneously — tailoring investment strategies to each.

• Partnership Development: Identify and secure high-value partnerships that align with fundraising and growth objectives.

• Market Intelligence: Track funding trends, competitor raises, and investor appetite to position ventures advantageously.

Requirements

• Proven track record of raising significant capital (€10M+) in startups, Web3, fintech, or deep tech.

• Strong global network of VCs, family offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors.

• Exceptional communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute independently.
