Summary
We are currently looking for a Head of Human Resources who is excited to shape HR in a dynamic, regulated growth environment. In this key leadership role, you will report directly to the CEO, serve as a trusted sparring partner to the Executive Committee, and lead all people-related topics across Switzerland and Germany. Combining strategic impact with hands-on execution, you will head a small, very motivated HR team and cover the full employee lifecycle. This position is based in Zurich (Prime Tower) with a start date as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Further develop the HR agenda in line with the company’s business priorities across Switzerland and Germany, while supporting internal growth and selected expansion initiatives (e.g., LATAM)
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the CEO, Executive Committee, and leaders on all people, leadership, and organizational topics
- Lead and evolve key HR cycles including performance & development, talent management, compensation review, and leadership development
- Ensure robust HR governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness in a highly regulated environment
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Actively contribute to operational HR topics in a lean team environment, including sensitive employee relations cases, recruiting for key and senior roles, and complex people decisions
- Further develop HR systems, processes, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strengthen a values-based culture with clear accountability, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- Several years of proven leadership experience in a senior HR role, ideally within financial services, fintech, technology, or another regulated environment
- Strong track record in advising senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and willingness to engage in operational topics
- Deep expertise in organizational development, leadership advisory, talent, and performance management
- Solid knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR governance; Germany expertise is highly relevant
- Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication skills in both business languages
- Strong executive presence, maturity, and the ability to build trust across all levels
- Structured, solution-oriented, discreet, and highly reliable working style
