Summary
Overview:
Seeking a strategic Head of Business Development to lead and expand our AI-powered crypto - blockchain project which is in the automotive sector. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships and opportunities that will facilitate growth and position our brand as a leader in the blockchain industry. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Istanbul who can come to the office 2-3 days a week.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with significant exposure to the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.

Over 4 years of experience in business development, preferably within crypto, blockchain, fintech, or a related tech-focused industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business growth strategies, with a keen understanding of the blockchain technology and its market dynamics.

Proficiency in leveraging AI technologies for business intelligence, strategy formulation, and market expansion.

Strong analytical skills, with expertise in market research, trend analysis, and competitive positioning.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining profitable partnerships and alliances.

Dynamic leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving business growth targets.

Candidates preferably residing in Istanbul and able to come to the office 2-3 days a week are desired.
