Summary

We are looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to join us on this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Customer Success team, which focuses on driving user acquisition, activation, and retention across our derivatives business. The team works at the intersection of product, marketing, and data — designing campaigns, optimizing user funnels, and building systems that support sustainable growth. We aim to deepen user engagement through strategic execution, data-driven insights, and continuous optimization across the trading journey.

What you’ll be working on:

  1. Plan and execute online and offline growth campaigns such as welcome rewards, trading competitions, and community-driven activities. Monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to improve user acquisition and engagement.
  2. Manage paid promotion channels, including media partners, KOLs, and trading communities, ensuring efficient budget allocation and measurable growth impact.
  3. Build and optimize user growth systems like onboarding tasks, tiered reward programs, and structured user journeys to enhance activation and retention.
  4. Create educational and product-related content to help users better understand derivatives trading and increase their confidence in using platform features.
  5. Work closely with product teams to optimize derivatives functionalities such as leverage settings, fee structures, and funding mechanisms, aligning improvements with growth objectives.
  6. Track market trends, user needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.

About you:

  1. 3+ years of experience in derivatives channel operations, growth operations, or user acquisition, ideally within crypto exchanges or trading platforms.
  2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Dune, capable of translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  3. Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics and market conditions, including funding rates, open interest, and leverage usage.
  4. Connections with derivatives KOLs, media outlets, market makers, or trading communities are a strong plus.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and execution ability.
  6. Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
