About the Role: 

We are seeking an ambitious Growth Marketing Manager with knowledge of the Web3 influencer space to join our team and lead the marketing efforts. You will be responsible for driving community growth, engaging with the crypto community, boosting our online presence, and driving traffic to our website and socials.

Job Responsibility :

• Telegram group growth

• Twitter page growth

• Create original high-quality content and marketing materials

• Conduct email marketing campaigns

• Research and identify key influencers within crypto, build a strong personal relationship with them, and negotiate deals

• Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that drive KPI growth, TVL, MAUs, adoption and user base 

• Develop creative messaging briefs to ensure the right message is conveyed

• Quickly identify influencer trends in the Web3 space and capitalise on them

Requirements: 

• 3-5 years of experience in managing social media for organizations or agencies, preferably with a focus on crypto, DeFi, and Web3.

• A strong passion for blockchain technology and its applications in health, longevity, and beyond.

• Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in social media platforms, particularly Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and the use of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Dune. 

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools to create visually appealing content.

• Excellent communication skills, a team-player mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a decentralized, global team environment.
