Summary

Turn Disney digital collectibles, fan-engagement games, and upcoming ecosystem experiences into must-play, must-collect habits. You’ll fuse growth experiments, data modeling, and bold creative through campaigns, launches, airdrops, quests, referrals, and on-chain rewards to keep fans coming back daily – and bringing many more.

What you’ll do

  1. Model → test → scale. Build LTV, CAC, payback dashboards; run experiments; double-down or kill fast.
  2. Experiment boldly and introduce growth hacks. Spin up gamified loops—airdrops, staking rewards, quests—that drive acquisition and retention.
  3. Full-funnel campaigns. Run SEO, paid, lifecycle, socials, email, and Web3 channels with strong user-acquisition, K-factor, and retention targets.
  4. Smart segmentation. Tailor hooks for collectors, idle-game grinders, DeFi natives, and the next niche you uncover.
  5. Community flywheels. Turn events, UGC, and influence collabs into self-propelling advocacy and growth loops.
  6. Content pipeline. Brief creators, ship on-brand assets, fuel every touchpoint.
  7. Risk radar. Pre-set kill metrics, spot exploits early, keep momentum while building two-way doors.
  8. Market pulse. Track trends, rivals, and player needs; feed insights back to the product.

You’ll thrive here if you have

  1. Strong experience launching engaging consumer initiatives (games, interactive apps, collectibles, Web3 consumer products).
  2. Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management: proactively identifies and engages key internal and external partners, builds trust through clear communication, and aligns cross-functional priorities to deliver on project and business objectives.
  3. Data chops and funnel fluency. Retention curves, cohort math, growth loops are second nature. You can pull your own answers – and, most importantly, ask the right questions.
  4. Deep crypto and Web3 marketing know-how. You talk crypto products and on-chain growth tactics in your sleep – you’ve bought NFTs, tokens, and/or cryptocurrencies.
  5. Marketing fundamentals, excellent storytelling, creative bias to action. You write the copy, wire the test, and launch by Friday.
  6. Creative and lore sensibility. You see how marketing, technology, storytelling, business, product, and community weave together.
  7. Strong ownership and founder mentality. You’re a self-starter with a proactive, innovative mindset who hustles from zero-to-launch and beyond.
