Dlicom is an AI-powered SocialFi platform that combines encrypted communication, a self-custody multi-chain wallet, decentralized social experiences, and native monetization — powered by the $DLI token on Base (EVM).

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Global SMM Lead (Web3) to take ownership of our social presence and help drive growth through content and community.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for leading Dlicom’s social media strategy and execution across key platforms.

You will focus on building a consistent, high-quality presence that supports user acquisition, community growth, and engagement.

We are looking for someone with strong Web3 experience who understands how to connect content with growth and audience development.

Main Focus

4. support user acquisition through content and distribution
5. strengthen positioning and narrative within the Web3 space

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategy across:

1. X (Twitter)
2. Telegram
3. Discord
4. LinkedIn
5. Binance Square
6. CoinMarketCap
7. Plan and manage a structured content calendar
8. Create and oversee high-quality content, including posts, threads, announcements, and campaign materials
9. Drive engagement and audience growth across platforms
10. Collaborate with Growth, BD, Product, and Community teams
11. Support product updates, launches, and ecosystem campaigns through social channels
12. Work with KOLs, creators, and partners on content distribution
13. Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics
14. Stay up to date with Web3 trends, narratives, and audience behavior
15. (Optional) Support development of the founder’s personal brand

Requirements

1. 4–6+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Social Growth
2. Proven experience working with Web3 or crypto projects
3. Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable results (growth, engagement, campaigns)

Strong understanding of:

1. X (Twitter) growth dynamics
2. Telegram and Discord community environments
3. Web3 audience behavior and content formats
4. Experience managing content across multiple platforms
5. Strong writing and communication skills in English
6. Ability to work with data and performance metrics

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Binance Square, CoinMarketCap, or similar platforms
2. Experience supporting founder or executive personal brands
3. Familiarity with SocialFi, consumer apps, or community-driven products
