Bullana is a next-gen crypto casino merging iGaming with blockchain tech. We’re bringing provably fair gaming on-chain — where transparency meets thrill. Join us in building the future of decentralized entertainment.

Due to an unfortunate accident involving our previous lead engineer (they’re recovering, thankfully), we’re now actively looking for someone to step in and take charge. The project is already live in test phase, and we need to move quickly to update, stabilize, and scale.

📍 Role: Lead Engineer (Executive Level)

🌍 Location: Remote (Open Worldwide)

💰 Salary: $10K to $12K per month

🎯 Responsibilities:

Lead and grow a full-stack, cross-functional engineering team

Architect a secure, high-performance crypto casino platform

Build and maintain smart contracts (games, rewards, payments, referrals)

Manage a React/Node.js app with seamless UX and DevOps

Ensure security, audit readiness, and scalability

🧠 Requirements:

3+ years in a leadership role

Experience launching blockchain/Web3 products

Experience in Javascript

Bonus: Familiar with Solana, LayerZero, or cross-chain protocols
