Summary

What you'll do:

  1. Oversee daily customer operations of Coins.ph fiat wallet (cash in, cash out, bills payment, etc) services which include transaction processing, service monitoring, and incident reporting and handling
  2. Monitor and analyze Coins.ph fiat wallet transactions
  3. Work with the team to analyze weekly KPIs and identify gaps and points for improvement to provide an excellent customer experience
  4. Work closely with the Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams in improving the product and providing solutions to increase our service and process efficiency.
  5. Perform other related duties and tasks as may be required from time-to-time.

Who you are:

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  2. Internship experience in operations, settlement, or reconciliation at a digital asset firm or financial institution is a plus
  3. Graduate of Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, or equivalent
  4. Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and optimizing processes
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino
  6. Strong analytical skills and knowledge in Google Suite programs
  7. Highly flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment
  8. Thinks fast under pressure and solves problems on the go without being overwhelmed
  9. Trustworthy and able to protect confidential information with discretion
  10. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly without supervision
  11. Discreet and uphold customer privacy and confidential information
  12. Has a track record for getting things done - drive, ownership, and execution are at the core of our culture
  13. Amenable to work in a shifting schedule - morning, afternoon and graveyard shifts and available for on-call shifts.
