Summary

About the role : 

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - DevOps and Platform services with a strong understanding of Golang, Python, EKS, Terraform, and helm to lead our team in managing our DevOps and platform teams. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager and should have managed cross-platform horizontal teams, AWS, and disaster recovery projects.  

What you will do :

• Lead the DevOps and cross platform horizontal teams and oversee the delivery of high-quality software systems and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement a DevOps strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Manage the deployment of microservices and containerized applications on AWS using EKS.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery solutions for critical systems and services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance and security.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps processes across the organization.

What you should have :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in DevOps or related field.
• Strong understanding of EKS, Terraform, and Helm.
• Experience managing cross-platform, AWS, and disaster recovery projects.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS certification is a plus.
• Exposure to fintech regulated entities is a plus
