Summary

Job Summary:

As the Director of Course Content at Crypto School, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and production of all online courses offered by the school. You will lead a team of content producers, subject matter experts, and production agencies to develop high-quality course content that engages and educates students in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries. Your role will involve identifying course hosts, structuring courses, developing lessons, coordinating the production process, and ensuring that the courses meet the school's standards of excellence. You will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience for Crypto School students and in driving the growth and success of the school.

Responsibilities:

•         Identify course hosts and collaborate with them to develop engaging and informative courses.
•         Structure courses and develop lesson plans that align with the school's educational objectives.
•         Coordinate the production process with external agencies, including filming, editing, and post-production.
•         Build and manage a team of content producers, subject matter experts, and production agencies to ensure high-quality course content.
•         Ensure that courses meet the school's standards of excellence in terms of content quality, accuracy, and relevance.
•        Collaborate with other departments to ensure that courses are marketed effectively and reach their target audiences.
•         Analyse and report on the performance of courses, including student engagement, retention, and satisfaction rates.
•         Continuously monitor and evaluate the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries to ensure that courses remain up-to-date and relevant.

Requirements:

•        Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
•         5+ years of experience in course development, instructional design, or a related field.
•         Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
•         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•         Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•         Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices.
•         Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.
•         Experience working with external agencies for course production.
•         Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
