Job Description


Skills Required:

  • 3+ years experience in client engaging and team management.

  • Supporting client relationship and business development activities

  • Contributing to organic growth of Business through existing clientele

  • Ensuring to provide quality services and deliver projects/services on time and on budget

  • Hands on in driving innovation and actively participate in Continuous Improvement of the overall process of the company

  • Managing conflicts, the risk associated with delivery for larger or medium engagements

  • Leading all the change management aspects during the delivery phases

  • Maintaining the Business Continuity Plan for the critical phase of the project

  • Ensuring continuous and effective management of performance through ongoing dialogue, follow up and timely completion of performance evaluations

  • Maintain a good working relationship with clients and members

  • Ensuring the project metrics and project delivery needs are addressed.

  • Very good exposure to member and project delivery metrics.

  • Excellent team player who can functionally mentor/guide /assist/motivate team members and produce the best team result.

  • Should have very good communication skills/interpersonal skills
