Summary
We are expanding and growing our team based in Korea and looking to hire an experienced and result-driven Customer Service Representative to join.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily customer feedback via emails and live chat.
- Establish & maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Reach out & collaborate with relevant teams to address customer needs & escalated issues, and perform customer service recovery where required.
- Provide analytical strategies or solutions regarding customer needs to improve the business.
- Provide users with accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, Korean native speaker, fluent in written and spoken English / Chinese is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in customer service. Experience in the finance or E-commerce industries is preferred.
- Honesty and integrity; serious and careful; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
- Strong pressure resistance and excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about the customer service industry and willing to work on different shifts.
- Interested in the crypto industry.
