Summary

The Expertise we’re looking for

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  2. 3+ years Operations experience working with reconciliations/ settlements or transaction processing
  3. Proven knowledge of working in a SOC-1 (or equivalent) environment with a clear understanding of procedures and controls
  4. Daily workflow management experience
  5. Experience in supporting testing in UAT & Production environments
  6. Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
  7. Relationship building skills across team, business units, and peers
  8. Proven delivery of world-class service experience
  9. Proficient skills in various PC software applications to include Microsoft, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  10. Cryptocurrency knowledge an advantage but not required
