Summary

What you'll do

  1. Manage Cross-Border Payment Flows:
  2. Oversee and optimize cross-border payment transactions using stablecoins to ensure efficient and secure operations.
  3. Develop and maintain payment processing procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, IT, and finance, to streamline payment processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  5. Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems to track transaction performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Business Development:
  7. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, payment processors, and regulatory bodies, to enhance cross-border payment capabilities.
  8. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand cross-border payment services and increase market reach.
  9. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the cross-border payments sector.
  10. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and clients, showcasing the benefits of our cross-border payment solutions.
  11. Risk Management:
  12. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with cross-border transactions, including currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, and operational risks.
  13. Customer Support:
  14. Provide expert support to clients regarding cross-border payment issues, including troubleshooting transaction problems and resolving payment disputes.
  15. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  16. Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular transaction status updates and promptly addressing any concerns.
  17. Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on using our cross-border payment platform effectively.

What we expect from you

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in cross-border payments, international finance, or a related field.
  3. Having an understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoin is a plus. 
  4. Previous experience in a business development role within the financial services industry is a plus.
  5. In-depth knowledge of cross-border payment systems, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and clients.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  9. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including payment processing platforms, blockchain technology, and financial analysis tools.
  10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
