Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Events Coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of corporate events, field marketing activations, and industry conferences. This individual will play a key role in creating exceptional event experiences that drive brand visibility, business growth, and customer engagement. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in event logistics, cross-functional coordination, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute high-impact corporate events and local field activations that align with brand and business goals
 - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, client success) to identify event objectives and deliverables
 - Manage event timelines, staffing needs, run-of-show, and on-site execution
 - Own end-to-end planning and logistics for conferences, including booth setup, shipping, promotional materials, and lead capture
 - Coordinate with conference organizers for all deliverables, deadlines, and sponsorship requirements
 - Work closely with design and brand teams to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all assets
 - Serve as main point of contact for all third-party partners before, during, and after events
 - Manage inventory and shipping of booth materials, swag, and event supplies
 - Coordinate travel and accommodations for staff attending events
 - Track and report on event ROI, attendee engagement, and key learnings
 
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or conference coordination with experience in legal industry events a plus.
 - Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple events simultaneously
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
 - Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
 - Experience with event platforms, CRM systems, and budget tracking preferred
 - Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed during event execution
 
Contract Details:
- Type: Seasonal Contractor or Temporary Employee August 2025- May 2026
 - Time Commitment: Full-time or 30–40 hours/week depending on event calendar
 - Compensation: Competitive hourly or flat rate based on experience
 - Travel: Required for select events and conferences
