Job Description
Summary
This role (after funding has been secured), will pay $60K annually for year 1 to year 2 (2023-2025) or until enough revenue has been secured for a salary bump ($150k+).*
This will be a Co-Founding role which means, equity will be as high as 30% and In-Office Work will be mandatory (2-3+ days a week)... Arells is located in San Francisco Bay Area
More will be discussed during the interview phase.
Main Objectives:
- Acquire new Artists/Users through social media platforms (Discord/Twitter/etc).
- Maintain relationships with new/current Artists/Users.
- Help with other pressing Artist/User issues/concerns after product launch.
Basic Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of NFTs (if no knowledge, a passion for NFTs (Art or otherwise)).
- Customer/Relations Service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional community management experience either online or offline.
- NFT creation or trading experience.

Arells is currently boostraped and in the pre-seed phase of fundraising.

- So far, we have partnered with over 280 Artists (Users) with over 1,700,000 Potential Buyers (Followers) ready to use our platform and our numbers are growing by 10-30 Artists (Users) who have 10,000-30,000 Potential Buyers (Followers) every week!

Product Progress (Pre-Launch):
- Prototype Complete.
- MVP building has begun (on course to have it completed by August 2023)
