We’re looking for a Community Manager to grow and nurture our Web3 community across platforms.

What you’ll do

1. Develop community engagement strategies
2. Organize events, activities, and discussions
3. Work closely with moderators
4. Collect and analyze community feedback
5. Improve retention and activity

Requirements

1. Experience managing Web3 communities
2. Strong communication and organizational skills
3. Deep understanding of crypto audiences
4. Initiative (proactive mindset)

Compensation

Depends on experience and location, but similar Web3 roles typically range from 25,000 – 40,000 USD per year.
