Summary

LCX is seeking a Growth Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for user acquisition, implementing growth strategies, running growth campaigns, and referral campaigns. The primary goal of this role is to on-board one million users to our platform, and the Growth Expert will be tasked with laying out the path to achieve this goal. Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of growth hacking techniques for social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and increase user base.
• Serve as the expert on user growth, analysing data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Plan and execute growth campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, and social media.
• Implement referral programs to incentivize existing users to refer new users to the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the user journey and enhance user experience.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards user acquisition goals.
• Knowledge of Adobe suites and other AI tools to create campaign
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and user acquisition.
• Utilize growth hacking techniques to maximize the reach and impact of social media campaigns.
• Experiment with new ideas and strategies to continuously improve user acquisition and retention rates.
• Provide regular reports and updates on growth initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ yrs of experience in similar role
• Proven experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with growth hacking techniques and social media marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and block chain technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms for tracking and reporting.
