Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Specialist who will be a key link in our plan to enter new markets and expand our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long-term strategic partnerships, and closing strategic deals.

Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting and Qualification: Actively searching for and analyzing potential clients, partners, and strategic alliances within target market segments.
  2. Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with key decision-makers (DM).
  3. Presentation and Sales: Conducting compelling presentations of the product/service, developing customized commercial proposals, and managing the full sales cycle until the deal is closed.

Required Skills

  1. 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships (preferably within the FinTech sector).
  2. Proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-large-scale deals.
  3. Excellent skills in business communication, negotiation, and public speaking.

Bonus Points:

  1. Experience working with blockchain technology / Web3.
