Summary

As a Business Development Representative (Web3), you’ll be on the front lines of our Sales Team, engaging with innovative teams building in the decentralized world. You’ll connect with blockchain protocols, dApps, DAOs, infrastructure providers, and other Web3-native organizations to understand their goals and educate them on how our platform supports their mission. You’ll own the top of the sales funnel—driving strategic outbound efforts, qualifying inbound Web3 leads, and setting up high-quality discovery calls. This role is key to our success in the Web3 ecosystem and offers the opportunity to grow quickly in a rapidly evolving space.

What You’ll Do

  1. Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to Web3-native teams and crypto-adjacent companies via platforms like Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Farcaster, and LinkedIn.
  2. Qualify inbound leads from blockchain projects, DAO contributors, NFT communities, and other decentralized orgs.
  3. Meet with developers, founders, and ecosystem leads to understand their technical goals and assess fit.
  4. Book and confirm high-quality discovery meetings by applying frameworks like BANT or MEDDICC.
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine outbound strategy and messaging tailored to different Web3 verticals (DeFi, NFTs, L2s, etc.).
  6. Capture and share customer feedback with internal teams to help shape product development.
  7. Regularly track activity in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and maintain clean data hygiene across tools.
  8. Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings set, and opportunity pipeline growth.

What You’ll Bring

  1. 2+ years of sales or business development experience—ideally with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, developer tools, or crypto SaaS.
  2. Passion and understanding of the Web3 landscape, including familiarity with major ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, L2s, and emerging protocols.
  3. A track record of success in outbound sales or demand generation.
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to speak credibly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Comfortable navigating fast-moving, ambiguous environments and engaging with globally distributed teams.
  6. Proficiency with tools like Slack, Discord, Telegram, Salesforce, Outreach, Notion, and crypto-native tooling (e.g., Dune, Etherscan, Snapshot).
  7. A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and desire to help shape the future of Web3 sales.
  8. Prior experience working directly with or for blockchain foundations, Layer 1/L2 chains, or ecosystem teams is a plus.
