Summary

This role is a part of our global business development and sales team. As a part of the global business development and sales team, you will play a pivotal role and work closely with the BD leadership and support them in the sales funnel with our clients (large global corporates & banks). Over a period of time, you will start managing some clients independently - driving renewals and transactions with them with xalts product suite.

This role requires an individual with a strong background in B2B tech sales and will be based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  1. Shadow senior BD team members during client meetings and ensure proactive communication with clients.
  2. Support senior BD team members in the sales funnel. This includes but is not limited to creating client presentations, analyzing client data, smooth onboarding on product sandbox and production platforms. 
  3. Build strong relationships with various functions (finance, treasury, business) in the client teams.
  4. Manage the day to day engagement with clients as the first point of contact from xalts, including for any issues faced by the client by relaying it to the respective internal teams.
  5. Manage the technical and business due diligence process from clients (which is a critical process in deal closure).
  6. Be aware of evolving market dynamics and competition offerings to give continuous feedback on evolving the product thus increasing the value addition to your portfolio

Career Path

We expect this individual to eventually take ownership of a set of clients independently and drive client revenue through renewals, new product introductions and more transactions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Atleast 4 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of client relationship management and preferably selling to banks and large enterprises.
  3. Bilingual (fluent English + native Thai speaker)
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with a strong work ethic.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Proficiency in using Salesforce and other relevant tools.
  8. Motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented individual with a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
