Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Develop overall marketing and branding strategies, and make timely adjustments based on the market trend and competitive landscape;
  • Oversee marketing operations, develop and manage annual marketing budgets;
  • Define, monitor and evaluate KPIs targets for marketing campaigns, making timely adjustments and remedies;
  • Responsible for the marketing organization structure, guiding the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and creating relevant processes and operating procedures;
  • Spearhead integrated branding, marketing, social and public relations/ communications campaigns, raising brand awareness;
  • Develop and manage professional events and campaigns for the global target markets;
  • Partner with business teams across countries to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related discipline
  • 8+ years of solid brand-driven marketing experience and at least 3 years in sizable Web3, crypto, or crypto exchange industry;
  • Proactive individual with strong creativity and initiatives;
  • Familiar with the persona of crypto audience;
  • Solid understanding of crypto marketing metrics;
  • Experience in leading global teams, and working in a mixed culture;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
