As a Blockchain Backend Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing the backend infrastructure that powers our solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data from on-chain and off-chain sources, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy. The ideal candidate should have expertise in blockchain technologies, backend development, and a passion for building robust and scalable solutions. Knowledge of RegTech and the regulatory landscape will be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the backend architecture to gather and process data from public blockchains and virtual asset service providers.

• Develop data integration strategies and API connections to various data sources.

• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define data requirements and specifications.

• Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

• Optimize the backend infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data gathering and processing.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in blockchain development and working with public blockchains.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with backend development frameworks and data processing tools.

• Familiarity with RegTech and knowledge of the regulatory landscape is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
