The Opportunity:

This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the marketing and brand development of an innovative and dynamic digital assets business, under the mentorship of a Senior Designer. Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging graphics, brochures, digital content and video materials that accurately and effectively communicate our business and products.

We understand the importance of growth and learning in your career. Therefore, while proficiency in design principles is essential, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in various design and video editing tools. We use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, Figma, along with Microsoft Office programs and Canva on our projects. We do not expect you to know every single one of these programs & platforms before starting; this role is designed to allow you to develop and hone your skills progressively, ensuring you are comfortable and proficient with the tools and tasks at hand.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work alongside product, sales, marketing, content and research functions, translating complex financial concepts into visually appealing and understandable content. This position is not just about creating designs; it's about making our financial products accessible and well represented to our clients and the wider industry, with the support and guidance of an experienced Senior Designer.

Skills you should HODL:

  • Most importantly, you will have a keen eye for great design.
  • Educational Background: 1-2 years work experience as a Designer, or a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your best design work, even if primarily academic or personal projects.
  • Technical Proficiency: Good grounding in design applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and willingness to learn more.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design elements.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Aptitude for problem-solving and thinking critically about design challenges.
  • Passion for Learning: Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of design.
  • Understanding of Marketing Principles: Basic understanding of marketing principles to effectively communicate product features through design.
