Job Description

Summary

We believe that the world should know and love Gemini. In Marketing, we spend our days analyzing the market, crafting the Gemini story, and telling it to the people who need to hear it. This team sits between our product and the market, and is a key growth driver for every aspect of the organization. We have a holistic philosophy that combines research, data, brand marketing, acquisition and retention tactics, PR, and all aspects of customer-facing interaction.

The Role:

Analyst, Product and Web Marketing

We’re hiring an analyst to support the day-to-day execution of our public website and SEO initiatives. This role will sit under the broader web strategy function, which spans full ownership of Gemini’s public site—covering ideation, cross-functional builds, dev/design coordination, localization, SEO, and go-to-market support.

The analyst will help with tactical execution, including landing page QA, publishing, content updates (in Builder and Contentful), SEO hygiene tasks, and reporting. They’ll also play a key role in supporting GTM launches—helping update product pages, QA assets, track URLs, and ensure launches go live smoothly. The role will work closely with dev, design, and product marketing partners to keep projects moving efficiently while gaining deep exposure to how launches come together.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn how a high-impact, agile web function operates within a fast-paced marketing org—and contribute meaningfully from day one.

This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the execution of landing page builds, QA, and publishing using Builder and Contentful; update site content based on product, marketing, and comms needs.
  2. Execute ongoing SEO tasks, including metadata updates, alt text, redirects, internal linking, and assist with on-page SEO implementation.
  3. Monitor website performance and compile regular SEO and traffic reports to inform optimizations.
  4. Assist with go-to-market launches by coordinating assets, updating product pages, managing campaign URLs, and QA’ing launch content.
  5. Help maintain and improve web operations processes, including localization workflows, multi-language QA, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, web, SEO, or content operations role (internships count).
  2. Familiarity with website CMS tools (e.g. Contentful, Webflow, WordPress, or similar).
  3. Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  4. Strong attention to detail with an eye for clean, high-quality execution.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Clear communicator and collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with CMS platforms like Contentful and no-code tools like Builder.io.
  2. Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Looker, or similar).
  3. Exposure to go-to-market workflows or product launches.
  4. Interest in CRO (conversion rate optimization), A/B testing, or website experimentation.
  5. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, design, product, comms).
  6. Passion for learning, improving processes, and growing within a digital marketing or web-focused career path.
