Summary
Your role:
- Assist in transforming AI research prototypes into practical applications.
- Contribute to the design and development of AI-powered systems and features.
- Research and apply suitable AI models, techniques, and tools under guidance.
- Support the building and deployment of AI solutions aligned with business needs.
- Help prepare datasets and data pipelines for training and inference tasks.
- Perform model evaluation, benchmarking, and contribute to performance tuning.
- Integrate existing AI libraries and frameworks into applications.
- Craft and refine prompts for LLM-based tasks and evaluations.
- Stay informed about current AI trends, including LLMs and generative AI technologies.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience in an AI Engineering or ML-related role (1–3 years preferred).
- Understanding of core ML/DL/NLP concepts and hands-on model development.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering basics.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with key AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, etc.).
- Exposure to LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and their practical usage.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container tools (e.g., Docker).
- Experience contributing to the deployment or monitoring of ML models in production.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experimentation with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience working with APIs in AI-powered applications.
