Summary
・In-game character animation production and direction
-Motion design that emphasizes the individuality and presentation of each character
・Quality control of hand-drawn animation and creation of style guide
・Implementation and adjustment of animation in Unity
・Work with other departments (rigging, programming, design) to optimize motion and build pipelines
・Actively discover problems and propose and implement solutions
Application requirements
・ 5+ years of experience in 3D motion production (experience in the game industry preferred)
・Work experience as a motion lead or senior animator
・People who are good at animation that considers the individuality and direction of each character
・Experience using Maya, Blender, MotionBuilder, etc.
・Experience implementing animation in Unity (State Machine, Timeline, Animation Rigging, etc.)
・People who can take initiative and contribute to solving team problems
- Loyalty to the project and leadership to lead the team
・People who understand the project vision and have the attitude to contribute with loyalty
Welcome Skills
・Motion capture data adjustment skills
・Knowledge of physics calculations and procedural animation
・Basic knowledge of rigging
・Japanese & English bilingual skills
