the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry, with a strong technical

background and deep knowledge of emerging technologies, including DeFi,

NFT, and smart contracts. I have developed advanced skills in talent

selection in the blockchain sector, with a specific focus on evaluating

candidates for technical roles such as developers, smart contract

engineers, and security specialists.

In my career path, I have also held roles, and I hold the role of Project

Manager for decentralized platforms, managing the design and launch of

innovative projects, to the management of the technical team. With a

practical and results-oriented approach, I specialize in the integration of

scalable, secure, and optimized blockchain solutions for companies and

startups in the crypto sector.
