The Flipster Web Team is dedicated to delivering a simple, intuitive, and seamless trading experience while building a platform that scales reliably with high-volume traffic.

We work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers in a squad-based setup, where every member can contribute proactively to product direction and technical decision-making.

We are now looking for a Senior Web Engineer to join us in driving the expansion of our global web and app trading services.

Location : This is a global remote position.

Responsibilities

1. Exchange Web Development: Build high-performance web applications that support large-scale trading traffic.
2. WebView Optimization: Develop and optimize mobile webview environments for app integration.
3. Chart Development: Enhance trading features with TradingView and advanced charting capabilities.
4. Back-office Tools: Build internal web applications to support business operations.
5. SEO/SSR Optimization: Improve search visibility and web performance using Next.js and SSR architecture.
6. Real-time Data Processing: Implement WebSocket-based solutions for live trading data updates.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React, or equivalent expertise.
2. Proven experience with project setup and early-stage service architecture.
3. Hands-on experience in mobile/webview optimization.
4. Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
5. Active contributor to code reviews and technical documentation.
6. Passion for new technologies and a strong growth mindset.

Preferred

1. Experience with Next.js SSR and performance optimization.
2. SEO optimization and search visibility improvement.
3. Strong understanding of bundlers (Webpack, Vite, etc.).
4. Contributions to open-source projects.
5. Interest or background in crypto/financial services and trading platforms.
6. Hands-on experience with TradingView API and real-time WebSocket data handling.
7. Interest in team building and leadership, with potential to grow into a leadership role.
8. Experience with iOS / Android native development.
