About The Job
We are looking for a Video Producer to lead production for creative original videos. As our Video Producer, you will develop and manage video creatives for a wide range of media. You are passionate about experimenting with new formats and will collaborate with the Product Design and Marketing team to create compelling video creatives. You’re motivated by audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• As needed, create and complete professional videos within a specified time period, including 
  tutorial videos, promotion videos, etc.
• This requires professional skills like voice-over, special effects, subtitles, background music, 
  interactive videos, etc.
• Brainstorm, develop, create and manage video creative on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, 
  YouTube, and etc.
• Plan and execute video products including educational content about Bitflex products and 
  services.
• Hands-on editing of recorded material
• Collaborate with product, marketing and executive teams to storyboards and content
• Work with internal stakeholders to develop pre-recorded, livestream and animated content
• Manage deadlines for upcoming projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in video production and editing
• Previous working experience using editing tools like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro 
  (and other accompanying add-ons such as AfterEffects) is preferred.
• Previous experience shooting live-streams, video podcasts, etc is desirable. This may include 
  past portfolio in creating consistent content for a Youtube or TikTok channel(s).
• Ability to make complex and technical topics simple and understandable for all audiences
• Understanding of the production and post-production process
• Familiarity with social media content, e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Maintain high standards and always thinking outside of the box and ways to improve.
• Must be a self-sufficient videographer who can take a concept to reality with high creativity.
• Ideally to have own video and audio gear.
• Experience or enthusiasm in cryptocurrency.
