Summary

As a UIUX Designer at Antier Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design marketing materials, digital assets, and other visual content that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful, visually stunning landing pages, micro-sites, product illustrations, icons, and micro-animations.

• Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams to rapidly iterate and launch digital assets.

• Enhance and expand our design system, maintaining consistency while continuously introducing innovation.

• Craft memorable storytelling experiences for our primary website and associated marketing materials.

• Contribute proactively to branding initiatives that strengthen our overall visual identity.

• Continuously enhance user experience across all digital touch-points, balancing creativity with performance goals.

What We'll Need

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience designing interactive, conversion-focused websites, preferably at a B2B, consulting, design agency, or tech-forward product company.

• Exceptional skills in visual, UI/UX, and interactive design, demonstrated by a standout portfolio showcasing your best work.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Familiar with AI trends.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively collaborate with development teams.

• Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality work efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and actively seeking constructive feedback.

Education:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
