Summary

The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success - people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world.

We’re looking for a Recruiter who will own and drive hiring for our Product/R&D roles as we look to increase our technical talent in Tel-Aviv at Chainalysis. You’ll be a trusted partner and talent advisor to leaders in the region as they build their teams thoughtfully in support of our broader talent strategy. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and support various initiatives to scale processes and experiences for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.

This role will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 4 days per week to ensure regular face time with the local hiring teams. The position will be an initial 6 month fixed term contract.

In this role, you’ll:

  1. Own full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing through closing top Engineering and Product Talent, including external partners as needed
  2. Ensure the candidate experience is thoughtful, personalized, inclusive, and transparent every step of the way
  3. Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to ensure you have a deep understanding of our business, their priorities, and the ideal hires to add to their teams
  4. Make informed, data-driven decisions and identify opportunities to create new efficiencies in our recruiting processes
  5. Identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and share best practices and learnings across the Talent Acquisition team
  6. Occasionally provide additional recruiting support for roles outside of Israel, including EMEA/APAC/AMER as a whole and in other functions such as Sales and Corporate Functions
  7. Champion our diversity and inclusion strategy, with a focus on engaging candidates from under-represented backgrounds

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  1. A track record of successfully sourcing, engaging, and closing a variety of engineering talent in Israel across all levels
  2. A strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape across SaaS and technology companies within Israel
  3. Experience working with senior leaders in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  4. Built strong relationships with key business stakeholders, and can skilfully guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process as a trusted advisor
  5. A collaborative nature and a positive attitude (we’re a small and close-knit team)
  6. A passion for delivering a high-touch and quality recruiting experience, consistently valuing candidates' and hiring managers' time
  7. Deep knowledge of the best candidate sources and a penchant for connecting with top technical talent.
  8. Excellent organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through
  9. Fully proficient in both Hebrew and English

Nice to have experience:

  1. Talent Acquisition experience outside of engineering recruitment
  2. Experience at a pre-IPO company
  3. Understanding of government clearances
  4. Experience working with Ashby Sourcing and ATS
