Summary

What you’ll be doing: 

  1. Own full recruitment process from role intake to hire. 
  2. Build a diverse pipeline of candidates partnering with our Sourcing team as well as self-sourcing for full lifecycle roles.
  3. Partner with International leaders and teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience. 
  4. Maintain data integrity and use available data to inform hiring efficiency and success for yourself and your hiring team. 
  5. Build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come. 
  6. Partner with stakeholders and working groups on pilot hiring projects. 
  7. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism. 

What we look for in you: 

  1. 3+ years of recruiting experience in a technical industry or company. 
  2. Proven track of identifying and closing difficult to attract top candidates. 
  3. Experience building out recruiting processes in global markets. 
  4. Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, interviewing, to closing. 
  5. Demonstrated prowess in creating innovative and unique ways to proactively find and engage pipelines of cross functional talent. 
  6. Ability to think strategically and proactively, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  7. Ability to operate effectively across timezones and in a distributed, global environment

Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).

Pay Range:

$116,900—$116,900 SGD
