This team sits at the centre of GenAI data delivery, ensuring high quality execution across complex, fast-moving programs. The work directly plays a pivotal role in the training, evaluation, and optimization of industry leading AI models. 

The purpose of this role is to lead the operational and technical execution of GenAI data projects, owning scope, timelines, quality, budget and stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams, contributors, and maintain client relationships. You will manage end to end delivery of various complex projects or defined components of larger programs, with clear accountability for execution outcomes and continuous improvement. 

Your Impact

1. Lead planning and execution of GenAI projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, execution, and deliverables while maintaining client relationships. 
2. Deliver projects on time and to defined quality benchmarks through disciplined operational management. 
3. Drive accurate forecasting and proactive risk mitigation to protect delivery commitments. 
4. Align internal teams, contributors, and clients to ensure clarity of expectations and execution standards. 
5. Strategically improve productivity and quality by identifying bottlenecks and applying data driven operational decisions. 
6. Strengthen stakeholder engagement through structured communication and transparent daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. 
7. Establish structured project closure practices, capturing lessons learned, iterating operating processes, and identifying future opportunities. 
8. Drive thought leadership and increase scalability of delivery models by applying repeatable workflows and structured improvements to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality 

What You Bring

1. 4 plus years of experience in project management, technical operations, or AI and ML data programs, ideally in high volume data operations. 
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while upholding high delivery and quality standards. 
3. Familiarity with large language models or generative AI, with experience in data annotation or AI training data projects strongly preferred. 
4. Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder communication capability across technical and non-technical audiences. 
5. Demonstrated risk management and forecasting discipline within project environments. 
6. Strong data orientation, with the ability to interpret dashboards, identify bottlenecks, and make operational decisions based on metrics. 
7. Working knowledge of tools such as Excel or SQL, with basic coding or data skills preferred. 
8. Project Management qualification (ideally from Project Management Professional PMP) 

Nice to Have

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Economics, Business, Computer Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or Data Science. Advanced degree a plus. 

The total target compensation for this full-time role ranges from $110,000–$140,000 USD annually, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentive. Actual compensation is determined based on role, level, experience and technical expertise.
