The Compliance team, with you on board, will continue to build products that drive the successful rollout of crypto regulation around the world.

What youll be doing

• Youll be actively involved in the entire product development lifecycle together with the product lead. From brainstorming ideas to evaluating product success using data and customer feedback.
• Supporting the team in building blazing fast, data-rich and high security services that ensure billions of dollars in crypto are transacted safe and compliant every month
• Working closely together with product designers and engineers to lead the development of our compliance dashboard
• Creating opportunities for engineers to thrive and succeed through 1:1s
• Helping to develop and implement cross-team engineering processes and best-practices
• Working closely with other Technical Leads and departments to coordinate feature releases and roadmaps
• Being responsible and accountable for setting and tracking team metrics

What you bring to Notabene

• 12+ years working in engineering with at least 4 years in a position of leadership (hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members)
• Practical experience in Node.JS/Typescript
• Deep expertise in cutting-edge frontend development
• Strong English communication skills
• Practical experience working in a fully-remote team (our team is North America, South America, Europe and Asia)
• Youre an empathic leader, not just a technical manager, definitely no micro-manager.
• Some familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitLab CI, Terraform, AWS, Docker or similar is a bonus
• Curiosity and passion to constantly learn new things
