Summary

Priori is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Scout team (SaaS). In this role the ideal candidate will collaborate with external partners and internal business teams to identify, analyze and translate business requirements to implement client programs, including configuration, introduction of new automation, and identifying risks and testing issues related to missing functionality and program delivery.

You will:

  • Develop robust knowledge of product functionality and potential usage/configuration solutions for clients
  • Work closely with the clients key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand, analyze and assess their requirements and inputs, lead meetings and facilitate discussions, and suggest the solution configurations to address their needs
  • Document client configurations for client sign off
  • Liaise with development, and support to ensure clarity on client configurations and timeliness of delivery
  • Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to properly manage the client relationship and deliverable expectations
  • Obtain raw data from client (legal departments and law firms), analyze, convert, structure and load into database
  • Query and analyze data to understand feature usage and client adoption, and make recommendations for product enhancements based on user behavior
  • Define requirements for enhancements meet with stakeholders and document detailed needs
  • Prepare functional specifications document requirements in greater detail and deliver to Developers to engineer the end solution
  • Data interfaces integration analyze and define data mapping and translation logic to allow automated, unattended transmission of data between systems
  • Train end users and test (QA, integration and parallel) functionality
  • Participate in program management support functions aiding in the preparation and maintenance of project definition documents, project plans, and ongoing status reporting
  • Prepare work plans and other project analysis associated with the project work breakdown structure

You have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst implementing SaaS products
  • Strong experience working independently on project teams (as sole client facing Business Analyst)
  • Experience with programming languages used to query, manipulate, and structure data including SQL and Python (experience with, or interest in, AI a plus)
  • Experience in legal technology with an understanding of legal departments is a plus
  • Proficiency in drafting User Acceptance Testing scripts
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • High attention to detail, a reaction oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with project management software, specifically Airtable, a plus
