Summary

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as a crucial liaison between the business and tech sides of our operations.
• Lead a team of developers, specializing in blockchain and AI technologies.
• Build and optimize internal tech infrastructure to streamline operations, including content creation, project management, and more.
• Take ownership of website maintenance and the launchpad platform.
• Coordinate and oversee the completion of blockchain development projects for launchpad clients.
• Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape.
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
• Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of blockchain technologies (especially in DeFi).
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies.
• An experienced full-stack developer
• Experienced in leading development teams
• Blockchain/DLT/Smart Contract programming and issuance.
• In-depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design and development.
• Hands-on experience with complex project management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Be solutions-oriented with an emphasis on quality technical delivery.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
