Summary
You’ll help build the teams that shape the future of Bitpanda. You’ll attract and hire top-tier Tech & Product talent for our Vienna HQ, partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive smart hiring strategies, and elevate Bitpanda’s presence as the no. 1 place to work — all in a fast-moving, ambitious fintech environment.
What you’ll do
- Lead full-cycle hiring for Tech and Product roles, owning every step from intake to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute tailored sourcing and interview strategies that bring in the best talent.
- Drive Bitpanda’s employer brand by creating campaigns, attending events, and showcasing why we’re the most exciting place to work.
- Identify, engage, and attract exceptional candidates through networks, direct outreach, social media, and industry events.
- Track, report, and optimise hiring performance, using insights and data to continuously improve processes and results.
Who you are
- 3-5 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record in Tech and Product hiring, in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strategic and creative, with a passion for employer branding and making Bitpanda the go-to destination for top talent.
- Well-connected in the Austrian Tech & Product market, with deep understanding of where the best candidates are and how to engage them.
- Strong stakeholder manager with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven, proactive, and able to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a dynamic setting; fluent in English (German a plus).
