Summary

You’ll help build the teams that shape the future of Bitpanda. You’ll attract and hire top-tier Tech & Product talent for our Vienna HQ, partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive smart hiring strategies, and elevate Bitpanda’s presence as the no. 1 place to work — all in a fast-moving, ambitious fintech environment.

 

What you’ll do

  1. Lead full-cycle hiring for Tech and Product roles, owning every step from intake to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business goals.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to design and execute tailored sourcing and interview strategies that bring in the best talent.
  3. Drive Bitpanda’s employer brand by creating campaigns, attending events, and showcasing why we’re the most exciting place to work.
  4. Identify, engage, and attract exceptional candidates through networks, direct outreach, social media, and industry events.
  5. Track, report, and optimise hiring performance, using insights and data to continuously improve processes and results.

 

Who you are

  1. 3-5 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a proven track record in Tech and Product hiring, in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  2. Strategic and creative, with a passion for employer branding and making Bitpanda the go-to destination for top talent.
  3. Well-connected in the Austrian Tech & Product market, with deep understanding of where the best candidates are and how to engage them.
  4. Strong stakeholder manager with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Data-driven, proactive, and able to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a dynamic setting; fluent in English (German a plus).
